All have held line management positions in industry, often in two or more functional areas. Most are registered professional engineers or hold advanced technical and business degrees from leading universities. Average years of work experience is 20. Most of our associates have 10 or more years of professional consulting experience. We seek those rare individuals who can teach and conduct original research, in addition to their basic skills as project leaders and consultants. Members of our firm have written nine books on various aspects of industrial management and planning, with translations into 20 foreign-language editions. In addition, we have contributed well over 100 articles to technical and management journals, conferences, handbooks, and encyclopedias. These contributions have been recognized in several individual honors and awards from leading professional societies, including the Gilbreth Medal for outstanding contributions to industrial engineering.
